| Any switch files we host are always encrypted to the selected recipient's PGP public keys. Deadswitch then adds a second layer of encryption to those files using a uniquely generated key-pair and passphrase. When a switch is triggered, our system automatically removes our own second layer of encryption, and makes the files, with a final layer of encryption remaining, available for download. Only the intended recipients are able to remove the final layer of encryption. |
